This is for my daughter as a birthday present. So far my husband and I have been clowning around with them. 12 puppets for this price is a still. It encourages creative play and they are very soft and cuddly. My daughter actually sleeps with the zebra one. The only problem is now sometimes we have to speak to the puppet before her! They are great and well worth the reasonable price.
Indeed made for children though as they will allow fit small hands...less than 12 yrs best.

Elmo is soft and quiet which are both fantastic for our 22 month old son. Sheds a bit, but who doesn't? The eyes are really hard, so when he gets into a frenzy with Elmo, watch out because the eyes are bound to cause some damage as they bounce off someone or something. For reasons unknown to my wife and I, as much as our son loves this elmo, he won't let it into his crib. Maybe he's worried about the hard eyes too.
