The Sesame Street Video Sound Book: Fun at the Farm follows Elmo and his friends as they visit a farm and learn about the animals that live there. Eighteen fun farm sounds and animations help bring the story to life. Designed for children ages 18 months and older, this video Play-a-Sound book entertains children while teaching them about animals.
Children can follow the colorful story and press the pictured sound buttons to discover the animals and objects that Elmo encounters at the farm. When they press a sound button, a short animation of the object appears on the book’s LCD screen. For example, when children press the button for the horse, they’ll hear the horse and see it galloping.
Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert, Ernie, Abby, and Big Bird visit a farm together. The barn, the stable, and the pen are empty, so the friends set out to find the missing animals. Children can play the fun sounds as the Sesame Street friends locate the horses, cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, and other animals and take them back to where they belong. At the end of the story, all of the animals get together for a crazy barn dance.
